A team in life and in work

We are Rachele and Daniele your Lalli’s Food Team .

We start as caterer in 2016 after 5 years of traning in a Tuscan Catering .

We are based in Lucca and our inspiration for the menus born from our land squeeze between hills and sea.

Rachele has a deep passion for traditional and regional recipes, she jealously guards the family recipe book where she draws inspiration for the new dishes she proposes to her guests .

She loves the decoration of the dishes and the mise en place .

Daniele is dynamic and extravert person.

He is an energy bomb focused in the hard work and in the close relationship he establishes

with guests. Fast, precise and punctual is the heart of the kitchen.

Together they create the perfect combination of modernity and tradition with a deep passion for hospitality creating, with their guests, a relationship that often lasts over time.

The name Lalli comes from a nickname given to us by the family because we spend all the time together and we thought it was perfect for our business
